Spiritual also refers activities provide calm atmosphere, entertainment, listen patients, respect privacy, patients' search for meaning purpose life. Objective: aim research was apply nursing care includes assessment, determination diagnoses, interventions based on evidence-based practice, implementation evaluation nursing. Methods: methods used are interviews, observation documentation studies. design this case study patient respondents who were given interventions. Result: Based results evaluation, there decrease level after being support. Conclusion: Thus, patient's plan continued ward nurse encourages family use as step overcome feelings grief.
