Background: Synovial sarcoma is a rare high-grade soft tissue tumor, which about 5% to 10% of the total and can occur at various ages. The prognosis in patients with synovial influenced by many characteristics disease, namely tumor size, invade locality, histologic type, presence metastases lymph node involvement, successful surgery. Surgery have an impact, problem grieving sufferers. Spirituality important indicator quality life aspect that reduces negative impact ineffective process. In helping cope responses, spiritual support provided not only religious practices. Spiritual also refers activities provide calm atmosphere, entertainment, listen patients, respect privacy, patients' search for meaning purpose life. Objective: aim research was apply nursing care includes assessment, determination diagnoses, interventions based on evidence-based practice, implementation evaluation nursing. Methods: methods used are interviews, observation documentation studies. design this case study patient respondents who were given interventions. Result: Based results evaluation, there decrease level after being support. Conclusion: Thus, patient's plan continued ward nurse encourages family use as step overcome feelings grief.
